Team St Pete supports this campaign

In the first two months of 2011, our department suffered through one of the most tragic pair of events one could imagine within the community. The loss of three St Petersburg Police Officers through violent shootings sent a shock wave through the agency and community. It had been over 30 years since we lost an officer in the line of duty, and now we were saying goodbye to three within a month’s time span. Later that same year, a team of officers volunteered to join a 250 mile, 3-day bike ride to raise both awareness and funding for the families of those fallen officers. Since 2011, Team St. Pete has participated every year in a ride into Washington D.C. for police week. We are all proud and honored to return to Law Enforcement United for the 2021 ride. This being the 10th anniversary of the loss of our officers, we have an impressive 29 members signed up for the ride!

We have raised $10,180.00 of our $45,000.00 goal

The campaign has raised $59,627.50 towards the $850,000.00 goal
