Virginia FBLA-PBL Foundation

Virginia Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. (FBLA-PBL) is an organization for secondary (FBLA) and postsecondary (PBL) students enrolled in business classes or those interested in the field of business. FBLA-PBL members focus on serving schools and communities; developing competent, aggressive leadership skills; and promoting academic excellence.

Our Mission
The Virginia FBLA-PBL Foundation, founded in 1993, is a volunteer-based, not-for-profit organization that generates and disburses funds to support the leadership development of Virginia business students in middle school, high school, and college. The Foundation awards scholarships to FBLA-PBL students to participate in national leadership programs and competitive events.

Since 1993, the Foundation has disbursed more than $150,000 to students for leadership activities.

FBLA-PBL members participate in a wide variety of leadership development activities and conferences on the local, state, and national levels. At conferences, students attend leadership workshops and participate in competitive events. Leadership conference participation can cost each student over $1,000 depending upon location. Many schools are limited in conducting fundraising projects to support FBLA-PBL activities.

The Virginia FBLA-PBL Foundation, Inc. serves Virginia FBLA-PBL members by providing support for:
• State event winners to participate in national competition
• Scholarships
• Leadership development programs
