2018-2019 Silver Spur PTA Packet

Important note before getting started: Silver Spur's online process is through memberplanet.  We highly encourage you to become a member of the site - a free service provided by the Silver Spur PTA - for easy access to your personal and student information.  Please be aware that if you choose not to become a member of memberplanet, your information will not pre-populate between forms and/or information could be lost if you log out during this process. Please also note that when you make any payments online your bank statement may state memberplanet or MP LLC since they are our payment processor.
