PVIS SCHOOL STAFF, PTSA & BOOSTER CLUB WELCOME YOU!

Dear Palos Verdes Intermediate Families,

Welcome back!  We’ve spent the summer months preparing to ensure a smooth and successful start to the school year.  A special thank you goes to our dedicated PTSA and Booster Club members, who have generously volunteered their time to support our students and families.

As we gear up for the first day of school, please take a moment to verify that your contact information especially your email address—is current in Aeries. This is the primary method we’ll use to share important school updates and bi-weekly Principal’s Updates. 

Each year, our 8th-grade students leave PVIS ready to thrive in high school—academically, socially, and athletically.  At the same time, we welcome a new group of students ready to begin their journey as Sea Kings.  I firmly believe that building strong, positive relationships with peers, joining school groups and clubs, and engaging in community service are vital to student growth and achievement.  We encourage all students to get involved from day one, as the habits and connections they form here will benefit them well beyond their time at PVIS. 

As principal, my vision is rooted in trust.  Trust fosters meaningful relationships, which in turn allows individuals and organizations to flourish.  Clear and open communication is key to our success, and I am committed to ensuring transparency and keeping our lines of communication strong.  The strength of our school lies in the partnership between our staff and our families, and I look forward to working together to support our students.

Wishing all of our students, staff, and families a fantastic school year ahead.  Remember: the difference between a dream and its achievement is the effort you’re willing to put in.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE STARTING:  

Welcome to the PVIS registration packet, which contains all the registration forms for PTSA, Booster Club and PEF. 

Most of our forms auto populate your information to save time and reduce repetition. In order to use this feature, you must do one of the following:
1. Log into your account in the upper right corner OR
2. Create an account with MemberPlanet - a free service provided by the PVIS PTSA.

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON A FORM AND WANT TO CORRECT IT?
• Click on the blue "Return to full summary" link in the top left corner (found on each page) to return to the Registration Packet Cover Page.
• Click on the gear icon to the right of the page that you want to change and follow the instructions.

HOW MAY I PAY?
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or E-CHECKS are the preferred method of payment for MemberPlanet online registration.  If you must make payment in a different way, please contact:

If you need a refund or are confused about a transaction, please reach out to:

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
You must complete the "REVIEW AND SUBMIT" page at the end of the packet to complete the registration process.  This is the final step of the online packet.  All "submitted" pages will be permanent once you press "Submit" on this step.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE COMPLETED THE ONLINE PACKET?
Once completed, you will receive (1) an email receipt for any items purchased, as well as (2) a thank you confirmation email that states you have completed the registration.  If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder.
