Dear Parents,

In just a few short weeks our students will return to school (virtually). We have been hard at work over the summer planning for various schedules so we can give our students the best academic plan, while also supporting the student’s social and emotional wellbeing. We have deep cleaned our entire campus, renewed the grounds, and enhanced our technology for the students regardless of their placement. Teachers, staff, and administration are eager to meet new faces and welcome back returning students and families. Our PTSA and Booster Club have worked throughout the summer to ensure a seamless start to the new year, as well as plan for exciting events, volunteer opportunities, and programs. 

Please make sure your email address is current in Aeries so you are included in regular Principal’s Update Letters. The first update of the year will follow this correspondence with more information and details about our upcoming school year.

I challenge all our Sea King families to use the remainder of your summer vacation to the fullest!

Supporting Students and Staff During Unprecedented Times
A Message from PVIS PTSA & PVIS Booster Club

The PVIS PTSA and Booster Club understand that parents have had many difficult decisions to make as we head back to school this year.  We realize that many of the programs and events the PTSA and Booster have funded in years’ past may not happen in the same fashion this school year and are dependent on many variables, many of which are still unknown at this time.  Donations collected during this registration will be used to support our students and staff in new ways to meet these unknown needs this year.  

Both the PVIS PTSA and PVIS Booster Club are committed to working diligently together to help provide as many programs and activities we can in order to bridge academic enrichment and social/emotional support for all our students, regardless of their participation in Hybrid or Distance Learning Academy (DLA) programs.  All PVIS Students (Hybrid and DLA) will be a part of the PVIS Community for all offered enrichment and extra-curricular activities supported by both PTSA and Booster (i.e., PVIS community events, clubs, athletics, social/emotional support, safety enhancements, parent education, and more)!  

We hope that given these unusual circumstances you can join us by becoming a member of the PVIS PTSA and PVIS Booster Club and donate to our campaigns in order to support our amazing PVIS Community - students and staff - in this unprecedented time.

Welcome to the PVIS registration packet, which contains all the registration forms for PTSA, Booster Club and PEF. 
Most of our forms auto populate your information to save time and reduce repetition. In order to use this feature, you must do one of the following:
1. Log into your account to the right  OR
2. Create an account with MemberPlanet - a free service provided by the PVIS PTSA.

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON A FORM AND WANT TO CORRECT IT?
• Click on the blue "Return to full summary" link in the top left corner (found on each page) to return to the Registration Packet Cover Page.
• Click on the gear icon to the right of the page that you want to change and follow the instructions.

HOW MAY I PAY?
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or E-CHECKS are the preferred method of payment for MemberPlanet online registration.  If you must make payment in a different way, please contact:

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
You must complete the "REVIEW AND SUBMIT" page at the end of the packet to complete the registration process.  This is the final step of the online packet.  All "submitted" pages will be permanent once you press "Submit" on this step.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE COMPLETED THE ONLINE PACKET?
Once completed, you will receive (1) an email receipt for any items purchased, as well as (2) a thank you confirmation email that states you have completed the registration.  If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder.
