2016-17 Registration Packet

Dear Point Vicente Families:

Welcome to the 2016-17 Point Vicente Online Registration.  By now you should have completed the PVPUSD Aeries online registration.  Here, you will continue the registration process by following the step-by-step instructions below for the Point Vicente memberplanet online registration.

If you have any problems with the form itself, or submitting the form, please email memberplanet or call (888) 298-8845.  Customer Support is available Mon-Friday from 8:30am-5pm PST.

STEP-BY-STEP REGISTRATION

STEP 1
New to Point Vicente or memberplanet?  Click the button to the right and create a memberplanet parent account.  You will only need to enter your contact information once and it will be pre-populated for any school forms you fill out, as long as you are logged into memberplanet.  By creating an account, you will also be able to save your progress and continue your form at a later time without losing any information.  Be sure to fill out your basic info and your student(s)' info under the "other" tab.

Already a member?  This year you will also able to add your student(s)' information under the "other" tab.  This will auto-populate your student(s)' name(s) and grade(s) on the forms.  Log in and update your profile info to have it pre-populate your information on school registration forms and save your progress without losing any information.  


STEP 2
Click on each link listed under "Pages" and fill out Point Vicente's online registration forms.


STEP 3
Complete online registration by clicking on Review & Submit.  


STEP 4
Once you have clicked Review & Submit, you will receive a confirmation email from memberplanet that states you have completed the registration forms.  You will also receive a separate email for any purchases you may have made via online registration. Please note that these purchases will appear on your credit card as either memberplanet or MP-Point Vicente PTA.


STEP 5
Registration Social
Wednesday, August 24th
2-3pm (TK & Kindergarten only)
3-6pm (All welcomed)

Please join us at the Registration Social!  Meet or reconnect with other fellow Point Vicente families and enjoy some shaved ice.  Kona Shaved-Ice will be available for purchase!!!

Also, please don't forget to bring and turn in your PVPUSD district forms:

- Student Emergency Card
- Terms & Agreements Form

If you are not available on that day, you may ask another Point Vicente family to turn in your disctrict forms on your behalf or turn them in on the first day of school.
