Miraleste Registration Packet 2017-18

Welcome to the MIS Registration Packet. This online registration packet contains all the registration forms for PTSA, Booster Club, Cotillion, and PEF. For the quickest and easiest registration, please use the button in the right column to create a MemberPlanet account. If you already created a MemberPlanet account at MIS or another school, please click on "Log-in now" and log-in before starting your registration packet. Please complete the entire packet and submit it online.

Credit card, debit cards or e-checks are the preferred method of payment for MemberPlanet online registration. You also may pay by cash or check on Registration Day. If paying by cash or check on Registration Day, please select “pay by mail” on the "Review and Submit" Page.

Prior to Registration Day 

New this year! Students must check out their textbooks from the Library BEFORE school starts. The MIS Library is open August 21–24. 8 a.m –1 p.m. Please bring a bag to transport books home.

The Student Store is open August 21-24, 8 a.m.–1 p.m. Avoid the lines and come purchase your ASB items early. The Associated Student Body (ASB) fulfills orders for MIS agenda planners, locker padlocks, P.E. uniforms, and yearbooks. For faster service, fill out your ASB Order Form, which will be emailed to you after submitting the Registration Packet electronically, and bring it to the Student Store on one of the above dates. The form also is available on the MIS website, and at the student store. Cash/checks only accepted at the Student Store. Please make payable to "MIS ASB.”

Registration Day – Wednesday, August 23

8 - 9:30 a.m. – RETURNING 7th and 8th Grade Students Register – TAB
9:30 - 10:30 a.m. – NEW TO MIS 7th & 8th Grade Students Register – TAB
10:30 - 11 a.m. – NEW TO PVPUSD Campus Tours – Gym
11 a.m. - Noon – ALL 6th Grade Students Register – TAB
Noon - 2:30 p.m. – ALL 6th Grade Students Lunch and Pool Party

PE clothes, locker padlocks, agenda books and yearbooks will be on sale in the TAB today for your convenience.

You also may pick up textbooks in the Library from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. Please bring a bag to transport books home.

Additionally, the Parent Resource Center will be open 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m., with PTSA representatives, the Safe School Counselor and the PTSA Military Liaison available to answer your questions.

First Day of School – Monday, August 28

Minimum Day Schedule. School is in session 8:20 a.m. - 12:20 p.m.
All students report to Period 1 classes. No supplies are needed.
All students will take their picture for ID cards and yearbook today. Please complete the Lifetouch Portrait Order Form, which will be emailed to you after submitting your Registration Packet electronically, and send it with your student(s) on the first day of school along with payment (or pay online). The form is also available on the MIS website and will be available on Registration Day.
