2023-24 MIS BOOSTER STUDENT AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS REGISTRATION PACKET

Welcome to the MIS Booster Club after school clubs registration packet.  Please complete the packet in its entirety.   Please refer back to the Miraleste After School Clubs page on the school website for specific details and guidelines for each club.  

Registration packet and payment must be received prior to the first day of the club.  Some clubs do have participation limits.  Clubs and activities may be cancelled at any time due to enrollment size and or coaching/teaching vacancies.  For information regarding clubs, please contact Activities Director, Liz Godbold at godbold@pvpusd.net. CASH/CHECK
Please make checks payable to MIS Booster Club. Cash/checks can be placed in the Booster Box located in the main office on the counter.  Please be sure to mark your student's name, grade and the activity for which they are signing up for in the check memo line or note accompanying cash payments.  Thank you!
