ONLINE REGISTRATION
IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE STARTING:  
Welcome to the Mira Cat registration packet, which contains all the registration forms for PTA, volunteering, and PEF. 
Some of our forms auto populate your information to save time and reduce repetition. In order to use this feature, you must do one of the following:
1. Log into your account to the right,  OR
2. Create an account with MemberPlanet - a free service provided by the Mira Cat PTA.
 
WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON A FORM AND WANT TO CORRECT IT?
• Click on the blue "Return to full summary" link in the top left corner (found on each page) to return to the Registration Packet Cover Page.
• Click on the gear icon to the right of the page that you want to change and follow the instructions.

HOW MAY I PAY?
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or E-CHECKS are the preferred method of payment for MemberPlanet online registration.  If you must make payment in a different way, please contact:

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
You must complete the "REVIEW AND SUBMIT" page at the end of the packet to complete the registration process.  This is the final step of the online packet.  All "submitted" pages will be permanent once you press "Submit" on this step.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE COMPLETED THE ONLINE PACKET?
Once completed, you will receive a thank you confirmation email that states you have completed the registration.  If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder.
