Please note that this packet is for families who have already enrolled in Cornerstone at Pedregal Elementary School through PVPUSD.
 
Welcome message from Dr. Argento:

Dear Cornerstone Families,

Welcome back to school!  We are just a few weeks away from the start of a new and exciting school year.  We have been busy here at Cornerstone planning for the return of our families! We have carefully considered how we can support each of our students and look forward to working with parents, PTA, Booster, staff, teachers, students, and our community in making this 2021-2022 school year successful.  Throughout the summer we have been able to replace the broken and crumbling fence at the front of school and install rubber flooring in the Gaga Pit.  We look forward to the beautification efforts to come throughout the year.  With the hard work and dedication of our PTA and Booster, we have exciting events, volunteer opportunities, and programs available for everyone’s participation.  Please keep an eye out for the weekly What’s Happening detailing all programs and events.  

Please make sure your email address is current in Aeries so you are included in my regular Principal’s Messages. 

Enjoy the last days of summer and here’s to an amazing 2021-2022 school year to come!

IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE STARTING:

Welcome to the Cornerstone Registration Packet, which contains all of the registration and membership forms for the Cornerstone PTA, Booster Club, and PEF
 
Most of our forms auto-populate your information to save time and reduce redundancy.  In order to use this feature, you must either:
1. Log-In to your MemberPlanet account (whether created for Cornerstone or any other school), OR
2. Create a MemberPlanet account if you do not already have one.  This is a free service provided to you by the Cornerstone PTA.
 
WHAT IF I NEED TO CORRECT A MISTAKE?

1. Click on the blue "Return to full summary" link in the top left corner (found on each page) to return to the Cover Page.
2. Click on the gear icon to the right of the page that you want to change, and follow the instructions.
 
HOW CAN I PAY?

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS OR E-CHECKS are the preferred method of payments for MemberPlanet online registration.  If you need to make a payment in a different way, please contact the Cornerstone Parent Board President at president@csparents.org, or email support@memberplanet.com.

Note that online payments on your bank statement may be listed as memberplanet or MP LLC.

REFUNDS:
 
If you need a refund or are confused about a transaction, please contact the Cornerstone Parent Board President at president@csparents.org, or contact MemberPlanet support at support@memberplanet.com.
 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
 
Once you have completed the packet, you will land on the "REVIEW & SUBMIT" page.  This is the final step of the online packet.  All "submitted" pages will be permanent once you press "SUBMIT" on this step.

After the packet is submitted, you will receive (1) an email receipt for any purchased items, and (2) a "thank you" confirmation email.  If you do not receive any emails, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
