The Literary Guild is dedicated to enriching the cultural environment of St. Simons Island, Georgia, and the surrounding communities by advocating for and promoting literary arts that educate, inform, and entertain. 

We sponsor Author Talks and Film events throughout the year. 

We raise funds for the Marshes of Glynn – St. Simons Island Library branch by partnering with the library to sell donated books at our bookstore (open Wednesdays & Saturdays from 9:30-3:30) and Fall & Spring book sales.

We use membership dues to fund programs and projects that will help the St. Simons Library achieve its strategic goals

All membership levels have the same benefits  – free admission to Author events and early admission to annual book sales.
