Great Plains MakerSpace, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit group that promotes the DIY Maker spirit in southwest Kansas. We currently offer hands-on workshops on the Garden City Community College campus, as well as other Garden City locations.
Our ultimate goal is to open a membership-based workshop offering a wide range of tools, equipment, and hands-on training. A monthly membership fee will gain you access to a full woodworking shop, metal/welding shop, laser cutter, 3-D printer, computer lab, audio/video recording studio, electronics/robotics shop, sewing & embroidery machines, and more!
We will also offer rentable studio space and storage space for your ongoing projects.
