READ ALL instructions on this Registration Form and the ASA Conference Website before registering for this event.
- There will NOT be any onsite registration.
- ONLY ONE conference registration per form per registrant.
- Responding "Yes" to the RSVP does not register you for the conference. Complete the full registration. When you are complete, you will receive a "Thank You Email."
- If you currently have a MemberPlanet account. Click the login button to register. The login button is located at the top right corner of this page. Your conference registration will be stored in your account.

REGISTRATION DATES
Regular Registration - Opens August 2, 2023.
Regular Registration - Closes September 2, 2023 @11:59PM.Late Registration - Opens September 3, 2023.
Late Registration - Closes September 23, 2023 @ 11:59PM.
*All Sorors who wish to attend the 2023 ASA Leadership Conference must be financial on all levels for the current (2023-2024) Sorority Year before the start of the conference.
HOTEL INFORMATION
*Please note, you will have to be registered to reserve a hotel room under the room block. - Your confirmation email will include a Google Form for you to complete your Hotel Reservation Requests.
- Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registrants are allowed only one (1) room per conference registration under the conference hotel block.
- Please ensure that your Hotel Reservation and Conference Registration Name are exactly the same. This could cause a cancellation of your room reservation if the reservation name differs from the conference registration name.
- Non-registrants cannot keep a hotel reservation under the conference hotel block. Any room reservation made by an individual before completion of their conference registration will be removed from the conference hotel block.
PAYMENT POLICY:Please note, there is no on-site registration. Registration must be made online only using a debit card, e-check, or major credit card. We recommend entering your email address to receive a receipt of payment.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing along with payment receipt to Dr. So Juan N. Crenshaw, 23rd ASA State Director, at alstatedirector23@gmail.com and Soror Melody Jackson, ASA Tamias-Grammateus, at alzetatg@gmail.com by the dates specified below:
100% Refund (minus processing fee) if requested before September 3, 2023.
50% Refund (minus processing fee) if requested between September 3-23, 2023.
MemberPlanet processing fees are non-refundable.
There will be no refunds after September 23, 2023.All registration and refund requests end after September 23, 2023. Transfer registrations are allowed between September 24, 2023 - October 21, 2023 between registered attendees of equal or lesser value.
CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPHY AND/OR VIDEO BY THE ALABAMA STATE ASSOCIATION
By registering for the conference, either by mail or online, each registrant consents to being photographed and/or videotaped, and publication of any images in any form and by any form of media. Furthermore, the registrant releases the Alabama State Association of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated from all claims, demands, and liabilities related to all images.COVID-19 SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT -- LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS
COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION: While participating in the Alabama State Association Conference held or sponsored by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, "social distancing" and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
DUTY TO SELF-MONITOR: Participants and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and to seek medical attention should they experience any of these or other symptoms during the Conference. By participating in and/or attending the Conference, you acknowledge the health risks associated with the Conference. You agree that if you experience any symptoms during the Conference, you will discontinue participating and seek appropriate medical attention.
