Workshop InformationDuring this session, the presenter will chat with sorors about a notorious chapter challenge - retention. Attendees will discover how chapter operations, diversity, and the undergraduate to graduate transition relate to retention. The presenter will focus on ways to retain sorors as it pertains to Relationship - Encouragement - Tenacity - Acceptance - Inclusion - Necessity and offer practical tips that can be implemented expeditiously. This workshop is for Zetas only.
