Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Beta Alpha and Rho Epsilon Chapters, in the “Mighty” Southern Region brings you greetings from Baton Rouge, LA. We are looking forward to a productive and exciting 2020 Southern Region Undergraduate Leadership Retreat which will be filled with engaging leadership sessions and sisterly fellowship with sorors from across the region. The theme for this year is Impact of One! Finer Womanhood is the unique principle that sets Zeta apart from others and we want YOU to bring your Finer to Baton Rouge in February.

REGISTRATION - Early Bird Registration Fee: $40.00 until December 31, 2019
- Regular Registration Fee: $55.00 -- January 1 to February 15, 2020
- Online registration will close at 11:59 PM on February 15, 2020
- MIP Manuals can be added on to your registration at a price of $12 each

The Academic Award is given to sorors who have maintained a 3.0 or higher GPA. Undergraduate Advisors, please submit this form along with an attached unofficial transcript, for each soror who meets this qualification by the deadline January 31, 2020.

Zetas Helping Other People Excel
Each chapter is encouraged to participate in the Undergraduate Leadership Retreat Z-HOPE Project. The Z-HOPE Project will support the Butterfly Society, which is dedicated to the mission of ending domestic violence.
$25 provides a survivor with transportation
$50 provides a survivor with basic feminine care needs and daily essentials
$100 provides a hotel stay for a survivor

FAQs
Q: How much does it cost to register for ULR?
A: There is a $40 registration fee until December 31, 2019 and $55 registration fee from January 1 -February 15, 2020. The fee for an MIP manual is $12. No on-site registration.
Q: What is the attire?
A: The attire for Friday is Zeta paraphernalia. The attire for Saturday is Zeta Business Casual. Dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes. Please remember this is a Zeta event and we are on a college campus and should represent Finer Womanhood at all times. Our colors are the order of the day.
Q: What should I bring?
A: You should bring the following:
- Great attitude
- Registration confirmation
- Sweater or light jacket in case the rooms are chilly
- Snacks
- Pen and paper for taking notes
- Fully charged electronic devices (as charging stations are not immediately available)
- Zeta reference materials
