ETX Workshop Only is FREE for all FINANCIAL Sorors (Graduate and Undergraduate) and Amicae attending the ETX Workshop. This option must be selected if you plan to attend. It does not include the purchase of the MIP Manual. Attendees must MIP options below, if desired. There will be NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION
MIP Certification & Manual is for financial Sorors (Graduate and Undergraduate) that are attending the State Workshop, plan to obtain MIP certification and want to purchase the MIP Manual (Zetas Only). The cost is $20 plus shipping.
MIP Certification Only is for Sorors (Graduate and Undergraduate) that are attending the State Workshop and plan to obtain MIP certification or attend as a refresher (Zetas Only).

Q: How much does it cost to register for the ETX Workshop?
A: There is no registration fee associated with the ETX Workshop.
Q: I am a Zeta attending the ETX Workshop and I would like to purchase the new MIP manual. How do I do so?
A: You may purchase the new MIP manual by selecting the "ETX Workshop Only" and "MIP Certification & Manual". The cost is $20 and includes all associated fees. The MIP Manual will be available for pickup at the ETX Workshop.
Q: I am a financially active Graduate Zeta attending the ETX Workshop. I would like to receive Advisor and/or Sponsor Certification Training. Will it be offered?
A: No. MIP Certification training is the only certification training offered at this workshop.
Q: What is the attire?
A: The attire is Zeta/Amicae casual. Dress comfortably (especially shoes) in our colors and bring a sweater or jacket for personal comfort. Paraphernalia shirts or tops, slacks, jeans, skirts, etc. are perfect. No short-shorts, no cut-off shorts or tops, no sweat pants, no shower shoes or flip-flops. Remember this is a Zeta event and we should represent Finer Womanhood at all times.
Q: What should I bring?
A: You should bring the following:
- A great attitude and a zeal to fellowship with your friends and sorors,
- Your registration confirmation,
- Your Z-HOPE donation items,
- Snacks,
- Pen and paper for taking notes and/or fully charged electronic devices (as charging stations are not immediately available), and
- Your Zeta/Amicae reference material.
Consent to Photography and/or Video by the Southern Region
By registering for the area workshop, either by mail or online, each registrant consents to being photographed and/or recorded, and publication of any images in any form and by any form of media. By registering for the conference, registrant releases the Southern Region of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. from all claims, demands and liabilities related to all images.
