The competition is from October 21-23, 2022 in San Diego, CA. 

Individual competition is FULL. Fill out Waitlist form if you are interested in the Individual competition.

Friday, October 21

4:00 p.m. Check-in and puzzle swap begins. Casual and practice puzzling space will be available.

6:00 p.m. Puzzle Party for convention pass holders – Will include food, cash bar, cooperative puzzling on a large format Ravensburger, custom speed run puzzle debut, sprint contests, access to vendor booths and more! See below for details on convention pass.

Saturday, October 22

8:00 a.m. Complimentary Breakfast with Champions for convention passholders. Will include a virtual Q&A with World Champion puzzler Alejandro Clemente Leon!

9:30 a.m. Check-in opens- for team contest

10:00 a.m. Teams of 4 marathon (2 x 1000 piece puzzles, 1 x 1500 piece puzzle) – $115 for the team

4:00 p.m. – Ravensubrger panel discussion with artist Q&A

8:00 p.m. – Wicker Kittens documentary screening

Sunday, October 23

8:00 a.m. Stretch and strengthen session

8:30 a.m. Check-in for Pairs contest

9:00 a.m. Pairs competition (500 piece puzzle) – $55 for the pair

12:30 p.m. Check-in for the Individual contest (500 piece puzzle) – $30 - FULL

1:00 p.m. Individual contest begins

3:30 p.m. Awards ceremony and goodbye

Hotel details – $139 per night – and how to take advantage of this discounted rate are in the confirmation email once you sign up. If you have trouble adding nights beyond Friday and Saturday, call the number provided to get the block rate for more nights.

Convention Details

The contest and convention will take place in the same hotel. Convention passes will be $50 (in addition to the competition registration). Convention passes are not required if you are competing but it is required to participate in the added activities below.

Convention activities will be offered throughout the weekend. Anyone can purchase a convention pass so you don’t have to be a competitor to participate. We will have two large rooms for the weekend at the Hilton, one for competitions and the other for casual puzzling, workshops and convention pass holders to use as a meeting/hangout space.

Convention pass is $50 and will include:
