2nd Annual UHA II Community Festival - Windsor Hills, View Park, View Heights

We are hosting a community festival and classic car show for our community of 4,600 homes with activities for the entire family...children, teens and adults.  An important feature of this event is to offer unique products and services from local community vendors for attendees to learn about and purchase from. This is why we are inviting you to share your business information, services or products with our communitiy members in Windsor Hills, View Park and View Heights.  

Fee and Registration
A fee of $150 per booth per vendor will be required on or before Aug 10th.  Please click YES  button above for RSVP and complete the required information on the form and pay your fee.  We encourage you to pay the fee now to ensure a reserved space at the top of the priority list.  Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis. We look forward to working with you and having a most wonderful and successful event.  

Upon registration we will send you an email confirming your priority status in line for preferred booth assignment. 

Setup and Vendor Details
Setup Time:  Between the hours of 8:00 am to 11:00am day of event
Setup Environment:  Vendors are provided with one table, 2 chairs and a canopy IF YOU REGISTER BY THE AUGUST 10TH DEADLINE. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TABLE, CHAIRS AND CANOPY IF YOU REGISTER AFTER AUGUST 10TH.  You can also bring other items as required to present your product or service.  
Booths may not be dismantled before 5:00pm
Electricity:  Electricity will not be provided
Parking:  Parking lot is available for drop off and loading
