We all know that success in law firms is about originations. Many of us don't realize that our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and individual efforts around equity can also help with business development. This interactive virtual workshop will help you explore how you can support other women in your firm while also securing more business. After the formal program, we'll breakout into smaller groups for discussion and networking.
This program will be facilitated by Stewart Hirsch, a former firm and in-house attorney and the Managing Director of Strategic Relationships LLC, and will include a brief presentation, breakout discussions, and practical takeaways. Stewart has designed numerous virtual workshops on business development and diversity topics for large and small law firms.
