New York Chapter Members and Delegates are invited to join us for our Annual Meeting and Holiday Gathering. Your attendance at the annual meeting will be a vital contribution to the Coalition's work in 2021, as we'll be  electing next year's slate of officers and board members, and providing an overview of 2020 and the year ahead. 

After the formal meeting, please join us for a virtual holiday shopping event, hosted by Kendra Scott, a women-owed business that specializes in jewelry, home decor, gifts and beauty, and prioritizing philanthropy. At our event, 20% of all proceeds from purchases will go directly to TakeRoot Justice, a local nonprofit that provides legal, participatory research and policy support to strengthen the work of grassroots and community-based groups in New York City to dismantle racial, economic and social oppression. Heartbreakingly, the strategy that is aimed to keep us healthy in this pandemic – staying at home – leaves many women at greater risk of intimate partner violence. For years, TakeRoot has worked with organizations to provide resources and legal support to these survivors, as well as providing valuable services to women-owned small-business owners and tenant’s rights leaders.
