Whether transitioning back to the office after COVID, or heading back to work after family leave, large-scale work changes are challenging.  As we emerge from the pandemic, anxiety about returning to our offices is common.  Join Lori Mihalich-Levin JD to explore a four-prong framework for navigating these transitions in empowered and successful ways.  During this session, we will explore mindfulness practices, strategies for reducing anxiety about the return, logistical strategies, leadership skills, and community-building principles, to feel more stable as we take our next steps in our careers.  We will also discuss practical strategies for advocating for flexibility.
Lori Mihalich-Levin, JD, believes in empowering working parents.  She is the founder and CEO of Mindful Return, author of Back to Work After Baby: How to Plan and Navigate a Mindful Return from Maternity Leave, and co-host of the Parents at Work Podcast.  She is mama to two wonderful red-headed boys (ages 8 and 10) and is a partner in the health care practice at Dentons US LLP.  Her thought leadership has been featured in publications including Forbes, The Washington Post, New York Times Parenting, Thrive Global, and The Huffington Post
