You are invited to join the Associates Committee of the Chicago Chapter of the Coalition for a webinar on how you can confidently prepare for the virtual performance review process in our new “remote” normal.
For this event, our panelists Sonia Menon, Chief Operating Officer of Neal Gerber & Eisenberg, and Christina O. Alabi, Assistant General Counsel – Vice President of JPMorgan Chase & Co., will share their thoughts on remote performance reviews, and how to navigate this new and unique situation, both from a firm and in-house perspective. Our panelists will share their experiences preparing to facilitate performance reviews and give insight on how attorneys can confidently prepare for this novel process.
