Please join the Chicago Chapter for a timely presentation examining burnout management and resilience-building in a post-pandemic world. The emotional and psychological impacts of the pandemic have affected almost every aspect of our personal and professional lives, and women lawyers face a unique set of challenges. In this presentation, Clinical Psychologist Caroline Adelman, PhD will explore why the risk of burnout is so high right now, and will provide evidence-based coping tools for women in the legal profession. The presentation will conclude with a targeted Q&A session focused on strategies for enhancing personal wellness during this challenging time.
