The difference between good and bad product placement can be the difference between brand success or brand suicide. Join trademark and advertising attorney, Novaira Paul, in a discussion of best practices related to product and brand placement. The discussion will include various recent examples of how companies have benefitted from product placement and how others have suffered—taking both a financial and reputational hit.
