You must be registered for the conference to attend a field trip or movie venue.
Register for your field trip choice(s) and/or the movie venue you wish to attend. At every movie venue, there will be heavy appetizers or dinner provided.
Registration is required two weeks prior to the conference, September 10, if you plan to attend dinner, so we know the number of people attending and can provide the proper amount of food. If you register after this date, you may be asked to contribute to the cost of the dinner. Review the field trip and film venue options below, the click on the "YES! I am Attending" button at the top of this page and you will be directed to the registration.
TAEE will do our best to let you know what is happening with in-person field trips and the movie venues in the current covid climate. However, because guidelines change rapidly it is up to each individual to contact the field trip and/or movie venue to confirm their covid policy and event details as the date of event draws closer.
