The 34th Annual Arkansas Area SAE Alumni Association’s Founders’ Day Weekend will be held in both Little Rock and Hot Springs on March 1-2.
On Friday, March 1, we will gather at the Country Club of Little Rock for the Grand Banquet.  This year, we will celebrate Arkansas Alpha-Upsilon’s 125th Anniversary.  Dr. Mack Moore will again serve as the Master of Ceremonies.  Our Eminent Supreme Archon, Tom DeMint is planning to attend this significant anniversary.  The best part of the evening will be the opportunity to catch up with brothers you have not seen in 20, 30, or 50 years.  We have enjoyed crowds of over 400 the last three years.  This year’s event will be another great time.
The Grand Banquet will begin at 6:00p with cocktails.  For those wanting a cocktail, wine or beer, drink tickets will be sold.  The most convenient way to purchase drink tickets is in advance by ordering on the registration form.  They will be waiting on you at registration.
On Saturday, we will have the traditional SAE Day at the Races at beautiful Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs.  Brother Bill Creason has arranged for us to enjoy the Oaklawn Jockey Club again this year with all of your fellow SAE’s.  Advance registration for the Jockey Club is required as Bill must turn in a number seven (7) days in advance.

The weekend will be a great time for you to organize a reunion of your pledge class.  Let us know and we will help.  The food and fellowship promises to be great!  Don’t miss this event.  We are not around forever.
See you in Little Rock and Hot Springs on March 1 & 2.  Spread the word!

Additional Details for Jockey Club:
The meeting place for the SAE Day at the Races will be at the Oaklawn Jockey Club.  Everyone must make an advanced reservation and pay $12.00 per person, so be sure to include it on your registration form.  A sport coat is required for the Jockey Club.
