Ridgewood PTA is partnering with Jordan Bye Art to provide an after school club for students who love art and painting. This is a four week acrylics painting class for grades K-5. Artists will learn basic art skills, including composition and color theory. Both students with no previous art experience and a previous art interest are welcome! We will be painting a variety of styles, from realism to abstract. Supplies are included in cost and classes will result in a finished painting each week.

Your PTA representative for this club is Amanda Heins, vicepresident@rwpta.org. All clubs are held immediately after school at Ridgewood Elementary. Students will go directly to the MPR.

(This is on a first come, first serve basis. Folks on the waitlist will be notified if there's an opening. Apologies if you don't get in. If March sessions go well, we will offer more in April and May!)

CLASS SCHEDULE

• At 3:45pm class begins. Students will have time for snacks and bathroom break. Please bring a nut-free snack from home and water!
• Students must be picked up promptly at 5:15pm, or the parent may be assessed a late pickup fee.
