AM: On Your Feet
Acknowledge, Connect, Explore: Collaborating in Uncertain Times

ACE is a model based on the idea that great teams, friendships, and partnerships take the time to acknowledge, connect, and explore together. This model has become especially relevant for teams in a hybrid work environment.

At the end of this session, you will understand how to provide your teams with:

  • Acknowledgment:  A better understanding of the team’s current reality. People have fundamental needs to feel heard, to have their problems seen and to have their accomplishments celebrated.
  • Connection:  Experiences to help you connect as humans and create increased empathy with others on your team. People have a fundamental need to connect, belong, and feel part of a shared reality.
  • Exploration: What do you care about and how can you do more about it? When a team takes time to consider new and better ways to act in the future it fulfills fundamental human needs.

PM: Nicholas M Kern, CPM, MBA, PgCert Researcher, Aberdeen Business School Lecturer
Reinvent Government: Help drive innovation. Stop chasing it!

Whether you want to create a brand-new business model from scratch or analyze and improve the one you already have, you will learn how to do so systematically and effectively. You’ll better understand:
Those you serve
  • Staff needs
  • Distribution channels
  • Partner barriers and enablers
  • Revenue streams, and Costs.
The session will explore the use of tools that create, discover and improve service.

Whatever way you attend, we can’t wait to connect with you!
