Congratulations on being selected to give a presentation at the 2020 PRTESOL Annual (Virtual) Convention on November 14, 2020 via the Livestorm platform.
 
You are receiving this message through MemberPlanet, the PRTESOL membership management system, to facilitate the completion of your registration process as a presenter.
 
The form you need to complete and submit next is this Registration & Payment Form for Presenters by no later than OCTOBER 17, 2020. 

To ensure your presentation is printed in the official program of the 2020 PRTESOL Annual Convention, you MUST comply with the payment requirement.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be three (3) Presenter Practice Sessions, please register at the best available time for you. I may also be available at another time, upon request. Register to the practice sessions through the following link: https://app.livestorm.co/prtesol-1/trial-run-convention-presenters (use the dropdown menu to select your preferred practice time).
1. Sunday, October 18, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
2. Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
3. Sunday, October 25, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Due to past experiences of technical difficulties during virtual conventions, we now require that you record your presentation and upload them at least several days before the Annual Convention. Please use the following link to select the program you chose to use to record your presentation and more information on where to upload your video.
