Mark is considered an expert at understanding and applying the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation, a critical framework for successful tax credit projects.
Mike MalinowskiMike Malinowski is acting President of the AIACC and served as lead architect for the Warehouse Artist Loft (WAL) rehabilitation project which successfully utilized federal historic rehabilitation and low income housing tax credit incentives.
