Officers’ Academy is held each January, to ensure strong officer transition and introduce new chapter management tools. We offer offer nuts & bolts training to all newly elected chapter/colony officers, as well as, comprehensive leadership and recruitment workshops. This three day intensive training workshop provides officers with the essential tools to manage chapter operations and attain goals for the coming year.
