Cross the causeway from the town centre. The slipway is on the left immediately after the bridge
The pit area is on the slipway which can get wet and a bit slippery. Space is always at a premium. Can get cold and windy so warm clothing recommended.

Parking:
Parking can be limited. Occasionally it may be possible to park within the working harbour however this is dependent upon whether there are ships due in or not.
