Ethics in Human Resources – Recognize and Mitigate Personal Biases

In this presentation, participants will develop awareness of individual and potential group biases that may interfere with ethical best practices, and they will learn insights and techniques to mitigate the influence of personal biases in human resources decisions and functions. These key learnings will:
 
Build and Maintain Relationships

Prevent and Manage Conflicts
Ensure that policies and decisions reflect professional ethical values
Cultivate consistency in the organization’s ethical environment

Program Format of 1.25 hours includes introduction of topic(s) via training/ PowerPoint and facilitated conversation among the participants to apply the learning to themselves, their teams, and their organization. If program host allows, a breakout session would be encouraged for attendees to discuss examples from their organization in pairs/small groups.

Each Monthly General Chapter Meeting includes lunch, discussion of HR matters, and a guest speaker of HR interest, complimentary for all Chapter Members.

Potential members are free for their first meeting.  Guests & non-members are welcome to attend at a cost of $20.00.
