2018 Fisher Phillips Safety Leadership Program
More than Ready… Working Across the Organization to Implement a Safety Program

Hoping that OSHA never comes to inspect your workplace is not a worthwhile business strategy. Most companies agree that they don’t want to have OSHA at their workplace; however, being prepared for an OSHA inspection can help save the organization injured employees, as well as time and money. A company that has a safety program in place and enforces it, will be less likely to have accidents and injuries, than a company that is unprepared.

In this comprehensive workshop we will address subjects, such as:
  • Identifying risk factors in the organizational leadership and implementing training accordingly
  • Applying steps to ensure safety professionals and leadership are prepared to identify and decrease safety hazards
  • Implementing a safety plan that works for your organization
  • Best practices for managing an OSHA inspection
  • Strategies for responding to an OSHA citation
  • …and answering questions you might have regarding OSHA
