Join us as we host noted Autism Expert, Dr. Fung of the Stanford Neurodiversity Project. In his presentation, Dr. Fung will explain the concept of Neurodiversity, and its application in the workplace. Uncovering the strengths of neurodiverse individuals empowers them to increase innovation and productivity, resulting in favorable outcomes not only for them but for the entire community. In this presentation,

Dr. Fung will describe strengths-based approaches in developing neurodiverse individuals in employment settings. He will also provide an overview on how managers and business owners can contribute to building neurodiversity-friendly workplaces. Dr. Fung will also share details of the Stanford Neurodiversity Project and his hopes for creating a more inclusive world.

About the Speaker
Dr. Lawrence Fung is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Stanford University. He directs the Stanford Neurodiversity Project, Neurodiversity at Work Program, Neurodiverse Student Support Program, Adult Neurodevelopment Clinic, and the Fung Lab. His team devises and implements novel interventions to improve the lives of neurodiverse individuals by maximizing their potential and productivity.
