Join Linda O'Neal, recent recipient of the Orange County Regional Center Lifetime Achievement award, as she provides an overview of the key initiatives and contributions of the Orange County Local Partnership Agreement (OCLPA). The Orange County Local Partnership Agreement (OCLPA) uses a consortium model to drive improvements to enhance competitive integrated employment (CIE) for individuals who have disabilities.
OCLPA meets monthly, developing programing ideas, looking for funding opportunities to support collaborative activities, promoting service agencies, engaging in regional and state level advocacy efforts, and works together to remove barriers impeding the success of individuals who have disabilities.
