As we honor this Women's History Month, we celebrate the 49 years of reproductive freedom for women since Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973. However, the right of bodily autonomy for women has not been immune to contention and dispute, often due to our country's confluence of church and state, jeopardizing the freedom of women across the country.
Former attorney for Planned Parenthood, Ms. Laser is known for advocating for abortion, LGBTQ issues, and fighting against racial discrimination.
