Get out Your Flapper Fringed Dresses and Suspenders!! Let's celebrate Roaring into the 2020 Election season with a Roaring 20's Themed Party!! The only "swing" in Texas in 2020 will be Swing Dancing!
"The 1920s was its own music and dance revolution. Basking in the optimism of a nation that escaped from the horrors of The Great War, dancers took to the floor sporting moves in styles such as the Shimmy, the Tango, the Waltz, the Foxtrot, and the Charleston. For the first time, dancers were closer together, some were even touching, and the music was faster, more soulful, and louder than ever before." (Jennifer Keefe)
In 2020, we will also be More Soulful, and Louder Than Ever!
We will have an amazing Jazz Band for you to Waltz, Tango, and Jive! Also, Heavy Hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar for you to wet your whistle.
We may even throw in some 20's themed Candy to satisfy that sweet tooth ;)
