This class is for those who have already completed NSYC's INTRO TO KAYAKING course. It is free of charge and available to current NSYC Full and Paddle members, ages 13 and older. Children 13 to 17 must take the class with an adult member.
Hone your existing skills and learn some new moves! Our 3-hour clinic will help you to become more confident in the kayak. We'll focus on developing efficient forward strokes and turns to help you get around faster. Time will be available in each clinic to develop or learn new skills, as requested by the group. Most of this class time will be spent on the water. Come join us and let’s have some FUN!
Class will be taught by an NSYC Kayak Instructor who has been ACA Certified.
