Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician: (1 Law Contact Hour of CE) - Define "provider status" as it relates to pharmacy practice
- Describe the legislative process and the state and federal governments' respective roles in defining pharmacist and pharmacy technician scope of practice
- Identify key strategies to be more effective advocates for the profession

Target Audience: This CE program was planned to meet the needs of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians practicing in a variety of health systems.
Program registration: There is no fee for NJSHP members attending this program.

This is a knowledge-based program for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. This program provides 1 Law contact hour of continuing education credit.
This program is being sponsored by the Southern Chapter of NJSHP.
The New Jersey Society of Health-System Pharmacists (NJSHP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council For Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Credit will only be awarded for individuals who successfully fulfill all requirements, including verified attendance, successful completion of the activity, and submission of the post-session meeting evaluation. Credit is uploaded to CPE Monitor within 45-days of the activity.
