Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician: (1 Contact Hour of CE) - Describe strategies for fostering a learning culture within a compliance heavy environment through identifying avenues for culture change
- Identify ways to improve team dynamics in centralized teams using a framework of organizational citizenship principles
- Define areas of opportunity for all teams members to become learning leads

This is a knowledge-based program for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. This program provides 1 contact hour of continuing education credit.
This program is being sponsored by the North Central Chapter of NJSHP.
The New Jersey Society of Health-System Pharmacists (NJSHP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council For Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Credit will only be awarded for individuals who successfully fulfill all requirements, including verified attendance, successful completion of the activity, and submission of the post-session meeting evaluation. Credit is uploaded to CPE Monitor within 45-days of the activity.
