Pharmacist: (1 Contact Hour of CE) - Describe the effects of impaired renal function and extremes of body weight on the safety and efficacy of direct oral anticoagulants
- Identify appropriate anticoagulants and dosing regimens for patients with chronic kidney disease and at etremes of body weight
- Recall which anticoagulants are recommended for thrombotic complications in pregnancy
