The Port of Virginia is proud to host the 12th Annual Mid-Atlantic Public Safety Dive Forum, taking place from Wednesday, September 23 through Friday, September 25, 2026 at the Delta Hotel in Virginia Beach. This premier event brings together public safety dive professionals from across the region for three days of in-person speakers, training discussions, and knowledge-sharing opportunities. Pre-conference registration will be opening through a separate registration links depending on which class you would like to attend.

 Registration is free and open to all public safety and military professionals and certified divers supporting underwater response and recovery operations.

 A room block has been established at the Delta Hotel Virginia Beach for conference attendees at the government rate of $124/night.
