Tallinn is the capital city of Estonia and a perfect destination combining the comforts of the modern world, versatile nightlife and luxurious adventures of the City Centre with a rich cultural scene in the local historical setting in Old Town.
We are able to offer a lower Forum fee than last year:
- Early Bird $425 until June 9
- Standard $525 until September 1
- Late $625 in the final 2 weeks
- Registration will close on September 13 or when the event fills.
We have a wonderful selection of Pre-Forum Workshops to offer. Again, we are offering a "Pre-Forum Only" option this year for those who are not able to attend the Forum. To see full descriptions, go to our
MINT Event Website. As you work through the registration you will be invited to attend the
Welcome Reception on Wednesday, September 25, 7:00pm to 10:00pm, where you can meet up with old and new friends, enjoy a buffet dinner with local dishes and a complimentary drink. Your registration includes a ticket to this reception and you are able to bring guests.
Join us on Friday night for our traditional social event at the
House of the Black Heads in Old Town Tallinn. Our evening begins at 7:00pm with a cocktail reception and seating for dinner will begin at 7:30pm. Our Local Host Committee has planned a wonderful evening of entertainment! Tickets are available for purchase and includes food, a welcome drink and a surprise or two...
Book Your Hotel Here: A block of rooms have been reserved at our venue hotel, the Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia, and a nearby location, the Park Inn Central by Radisson. Room rates will vary.
Cancellation policy: You must cancel your room at least 7 days before your arrival. Cancellations made later than 7 days will be charged for all or part of your reservation.
