The Complex Chronic Diseases Program (CCDP) World Café and Online Survey, in collaboration with the ME/FM Society of BC Help us give a voice to the estimated 100,000 British Columbians with ME and FM, and their carers.
The BC Women's Hospital's Complex Chronic Diseases Program has partnered with the
ME/FM Society of BC to create and In-Person event and an Online Survey. Please sign up to join us, and share widely on all groups, forums, with friends and family.
When: - Online survey: Saturday, May 27 - Saturday, June 3, 2017
- In-person event: Saturday, May 27, 2017, @ 1:00pm-3:00pm - Thanks to the CCDP for a wonderful event, and thanks to everyone who attended!

- In-person event: Chan Education Centre & Auditorium @ Child & Family Research Institute of BC, on the BC Women's Hospital Campus (map) - NOW OVER
Who:
- Any ME or FM patient or carer who is a resident of British Columbia.
- A limit of 60 people for the In-person event.
- The online survey has no number limit.

The Online Survey
An electronic survey will be available to ME and FM patients and carers who are residents of British Columbia and unable to participate in person.
RSVP "YES" above and indicate you will participate online to receive the online survey.
The survey will be comprised of the four questions to be discussed at the in-person event, with opportunity for open-ended responses. We will email the link for the online survey as of the Saturday, 27 May, to everyone who has RSVP'd for the online event. The survey will stay open until Saturday, 3 June.
The In-Person Event - NOW OVER
A world café brings people together in simultaneous rounds of conversation on specific topics. Our event will allow ME and FM patients and carers to come together with CCDP staff to provide ideas, feedback and input into different areas of focus at the CCDP.
Four tables will be set up, each with a CCDP facilitator and note-taker, each table focusing on one question. Participants will have the option to rotate tables, or stay put and focus on the issue they care about most. You will have the opportunity to provide your ideas, feedback and input into different areas of focus at the CCDP. One of the tables of questions will be specifically for care-givers.
