You custom draft your clients’ legal documents to address their unique circumstances.  At our next quarterly meeting, together as a group we will compare and brainstorm some of our member-drafted custom clauses and unique documents to spark thought and inspire enhancements and improvements to all our drafting. 

To attend this quarterly meeting, no later than May 1, 2019, please send at least 2-3 of your own sample, substantive drafting clauses or unique documents in the body of an email or in Microsoft Word format to board@maforumepa.com with only “CUSTOM” in the subject line (so we can filter and compile all submissions).

Examples:

• authority in a health care proxy to consent to the administration of antipsychotic medication without prior court approval;
• authority in a durable power of attorney to establish an ABLE account for a disabled individual;
• trust clauses regarding property use and occupancy rights.
