About this Hive Inspection
This Hive Inspection is being led by Julia Mahood at Lost Corner Preserve, 7300 Brandon Mill NW, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. We will meet in the parking lot and walk down to the apiary together.
You are required to bring and wear protective gear. The options are:
Full bee suit with attached veil, closed-toe shoes, socks, and gloves, or
Bee jacket with attached veil, long pants, closed-toe shoes, socks, and gloves, or
Bee veil, light colored shirt with long sleeves, long pants, closed-toe shoes, socks, and gloves
You will not be allowed to participate without the minimum protective equipment required, but if you need to borrow some please reach out to Julia before the event and she can bring gear for you to borrow.
