The Brenner Place Historical District is an early example of the construction of small houses (560 Sq. Ft) in Spanish Revival architecture. The tour will start on the adjacent site of the historic Balboa Film Studios and proceed to this striking neighborhood of identical cottages built along a private road in 1923.
The proceeds will go to the Brenner Place Neighborhood Association.
