Youth Ski Program equipment pick up is December 12th from 10:00-11:30am.
Please complete these two steps to prepare.
- Complete your online IWSC Family Membership registration.
- Complete the Equipment Check Out Survey prior to Dec 7th to ensure equipment availability.
In order to limit contact and keep everyone outside the chalet, the equipment will be pre-bundled for each family as they arrive on December 12th.
On December 12th, please bring a check for $25 to receive your children's equipment. A separate $25 check is required for parents who wish to check out equipment for themeselves. IWSC will hold the check(s) and cash them only if the equipment is not returned on time or in good condition.
Return the ski equipment by March 20, 2021 to ensure the refundiing of your deposit. (This deadline may be extended depending on late season ski conditions.)
