We have taken care to make this WC as affordable as possible. Registration fees for the three-day event will be Full-event Professional registration prices: $175 early bird (up to May 15); $185 pre-conference fee (May 16-July 5); on-site fee $200 (July 6-July 9); Partial-event prices: $150 – two-day fee; $75 one-day fee. Student prices: $50. Accompanying person (i.e., non-professional family member) $50. These prices are for IAHPEDS members.
The WC hotel will be the Hilton Airport Hotel in San Antonio, TX. We have negotiated an excellent rate for hotel rooms. Rooms are available from July 4, 2022 through July 13, 2022 at the discounted rate. The price, whether a single, double, triple or quad will be $99/night.
